Vaginal itchiness

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I've had this problem for about 3 weeks... it felt like a yeast infection so I took some canesten, it helped a lot but recently I have had some cloudy pee, itchiness, and symptoms similar to a UTI. I don't really have a weird smell coming from my discharge and it does not resemble cottage cheese... should I be worried I am sexually active but have not yet told my doctor (only started having sex 2 months ago)
