Hi doctor.. Am 28 yrs old and not sexually active.. before my periods I get vaginal bumps on my vagina on the inside which are painful and itchy and also I get lower tummy pain.. And white discharge too

It is very difficult to say without clinical examination what exactly do you suffer from... so when you have the symptoms it is better to get yourself examined by a gynecologist near you and accordingly she can give you medications
