Vaginal irritation

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I got UTI, its been three weeks used medicines for a week. The intensity of the infection reduced by half but its still there. Now since a week i have extreme itching sensation in my vagina, off white odourless discharge,slight redness and sweeling cause of that itching i think and also unusually high sexual urge. I feel so irritable. Please help.
