Vaginal discharge with abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am having a very heavy vaginal discharge with abdominal pain. I also use V wash to maintain the hygiene still getting a lot of discharge and it also turned yellow sometimes What could be the reason? What should i do?
