Vaginal bleeding

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Am 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant suddenly today I had spotted some bleeding in urine but there is no pain in abdomen region two time it came and then now it's normal. Should I worry. Took pregnancy test using kit, came back positive.
