I have taken hepatitis b vaccine three does from 12 years back.
Please confirm booster is required after that or not?
And also confirm the vaccine name?
Please also confirm can I again taken the complete does of vaccine?

You need to get your Anti-HBs titers checked. If the titers are below 10 milli international units/ml, then you need to take a booster reimmunization. Otherwise, it's not necessary.
