It is a side effect of COVID-19 vaccination. It is self limiting and not a major cause for worry. It is safer to avoid alcohol and smoking for a few days. The vaccine does not fully prevent infection by the COVID-19 virus. However it drastically reduces the chances of severe life threatening consequences and death due to COVID-19.

Take Tablet PARACETAMOL 500mg thrice a day after meals provided you have no prior reaction to the medication. Any brand is okay.

Drink more water. Take Paracetamol tablet 6-7 hourly. If chest pain continues do ECG from near by clinic or hospital.
