Yes you can switch to painless vaccines. Hexavalent or pentavalent vaccines are available. You will have to give pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, Penta or hexavalent vaccine and rotavirus vaccine. Painless vaccines cause less fever and decreased risk of convulsions. They are costly. Painful vaccine have increased incidence of fever, convulsions and irritability but the benefit with them is increased immunogenicity unlike painless vaccines. Thank you
