Vaccination for 2.5 month baby
Today I went to government hospital in Jaipur for 2.5 month vaccination and they have given pentavalent, opv, rotavirus as per government chart. But as per private chart IPV and pcv need to be given this time also. So I went to one clinic but doctor was not available so asked to come tomorrow. So my question is can I give this IPV and pcv vaccination after 24 hours, is it going to have same effect when we provide on same day or should I wait till next month. Also not sure in government hospital which valent was provided for PCV during 1.5 month vaccination as pcv comes in two variant 10-valent and 12-valent so that while providing vaccination in private hospital it does not mix. Can anyone please let me know which company vaccine is available in government hospital.

IPV and fractionated IPV are injectable form of polio, u need to opt any one of the two: IPV in pvt given at 6, 10 and 14week, fIPV in govt hospital given at 6 and 14 wk. PCV some states do provide through govt hospital, but at 6 and 14 week, in pvt it is given at 6, 10 and 14 wk so u can opt any one u can take both IPV and PCV the next day in pvt.
Next Steps
visit a vaccination centre or a pediatrician
Health Tips
maintain the record of vaccine, u can opt either a complete govt schedule, and get additional ones from pvt health sector too
