I want to ask if a vaccine should be given in 9 month then 1st dose of it should be given after completing 9 month or it can be given after  completing 8 month and before completion of 9 month. Actually my daughter dob is 18-01-16 and her flu vaccination which is to be done at 6 months but has been done on 07-07-17 (while she was running in 6 months) so is it ok and similarly mmr 1dose and hepatitis b 3rd dose also given 8-10 days before completing the respective month which is recommended for vaccination i mean all vaccination are done under running month lyk swine flu vaccine should be given at 6 month hepatitis b 3 dose should be givenat 6 mont h and mmr 1 should be given in 9 month but all these vaccination for my baby is given 8-10 days before completing these monyhs is it ok or it will effect the vaccine results

No, it will not have much effect as schedule is only 8 to 10 days earlier. But you should follow the optimum timing of vaccination for build up of immunity against disease. In future, try to give vaccine at the recommended dates. Open you tube app on mobile and search Dr Deepak Patel. Watch video on how to take care after vaccination.
