Hexaxim contains injectable polio vaccine. That is why your doctor did not give oral polio vaccine. IAP now recommends IPV instead of OPV at 6, 10, 14 weeks.
So you can repeat same vaccine at 10 weeks of age too.
OPV should be given at 6 month of age.
As such no specific precaution is required. Just avoid getting vaccinated in acute illness.
