My baby boy had been given painless HEXAXIM,ROTARIX,PREVENAR-13 at the age of 6 weeks. But, Now Which Vaccines should be taken at the age of 10 weeks? OPV had not been given at the age of 6 weeks. Why? Is it not necessary to give OPV at the age of 6 weeks? Now, What Pre-Cautions should be taken at the age of 10 weeks? Give me Advice.. Thank You Sir..

The same vaccines will be repeated at 10and 14weeks. Hexaxim contains IPV (injectable polio vaccine). Hence oral polio is not been given.

Hexaxim contains injectable polio vaccine. That is why your doctor did not give oral polio vaccine. IAP now recommends IPV instead of OPV at 6, 10, 14 weeks. So you can repeat same vaccine at 10 weeks of age too. OPV should be given at 6 month of age. As such no specific precaution is required. Just avoid getting vaccinated in acute illness.
