Hi doctor,
My baby 3 months old, after 2 and half month vaccination in thigh it forms an abscess with redness and swelling, went doc he gave antibiotics drops it automatically drained its almost healed but now there is small size yellow pus under skin but (no pain no redness, ) is that healed automatically by own? Or need immediate attention? Its a 15 days from the date of vaccination
