  4. Uvular has some white dot. Pain at all.

Uvular has some white dot.
I have detecting some dot in the Uvula. It becomes painful when i try to eat something though it has no pain at all.

Usually these are aphthous ulcers either due to stress or vitamin B complex deficiencies Take Vitamin B
