My uvula is shape weird and it’s streched out and is long it feels like I have flem their when theirs not and it causes me to gag at random times. Plus i have a hard time eating food and drinking liquids

You seem to be having elongated oedematous uvula which usually occurs because of chronic irritation due to factors such as reflux laryngopharyngitis (which is a type of acidity related disorder) or smoking or alcohol consumption. Treatment of primary cause is necessary
