Hi,
If all other non invasive treatment have failed then only u try this Utter basti. To be done by expert and under aseptic precautions. Else very high chances of infection and damage. Secondly , it is treated in shot, u may need multiple shots of utter basti . So clear all theSe things.
Next Steps
Try Syp Neeri 20 ml three times a day for one week and see the outcome. inform me ,if possible.

Hi, yes uttar basti will help you in stricture .i'll recommend you to start Ayurvedic medicine along with uttar basti to avoid further spasm & to avoid recurrence .medicine use for uttar basti depends on patient symptoms as well diagnosis by respective doctor
