  4. UTI infection. 3 days more? is it save?

My daughter suffering from UTI and I diagnosed and it today I also test her CRP it was positive . she had high fever for 5 days and today I start Amoxicillin 250 5 Ml , furthermore; I give her paracetamol in these days and she still taking it I would like to know ?does amoxicillin work for UTI or not and can I continue paracetamol for 2to 3 days more ?is it save ?I have giving her 120 and 100 mg 5 ml every 6 to 4 hours . Kindly help me with that I am worrying a lot because 18 months she is too small . Kindly help me please .
