  4. UTI infection. Medicine. plz suggest.

Hello Dr. I am 7 months pregnant. 2days back I did my urine culture & sensitivity test. Today I got the report. In the report colony count is showing 10000 cfu/ml. And isolated organism is Klebsiella pneumoniae. I am attaching my report. Can you please guide weather this report is normal or not. Should I start to take medicine.plz suggest.
