Uti from last 6 months

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have a uti for last 6 month...symptoms frequent urinartion with back pain...consulted with urologist but still not relieve...not pain comes in my leg also and feel very weeak by going upstrairs .doing any work...just want to rest all yhe time.done 3 ultrasound..urine test and diebeties test...all r normal

If urine test are normal there may not be urinary tract infection.there may be rather inflammation(swelling) in the urinary tract due to other non infective diseases Get further specialized test like cystoscopy done to make a clinical diagnosis.till then symptomatic treatment can be taken
