UTI, burning urine, painful vagina

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My morning urine is very painful. I have passed urine more than 50 times. Seems like UTI, which i have experienced earlier. I m drinking lots of water from 4 am. Can u quickly deliver medicine. My bladder is like very full., having pain in my vagina too. I need a quick help.
