UTI, blood in pee, blood from vagina

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Symptoms were just having to always urinate & I could never relive myself, I got treated for the UTI, but the doctor said that The test didn’t show very much of a UTI but a little. It got better a few days, but never fully went away, a couple days ago I peed with blood, so I went to the doctor again and he prescribed me stronger antibiotics. Second day (today) on my antibiotics I’m peeing blood with a decent amount & also I’m bleeding from my vagina.
