What to u mean by uti symptoms?..if u meant burning urination with high coloured urine, it could be dehydration...also constipation can result from dehydration.. So drink plenty of waters (3 -4 litres) a day, reduce protein diet like dals for few days ( for farting)..eat greens and fruits...avoid prolonged sitting...take breaks for every 2 hrs and have a Lil walk ..that will do If u have fever along with burning urination..u need consultation
