Uterus TB suspicion
My wife is having heavy bleeding and irregular menstrual cycle, high pelvic pain and vaginal discharge since last 5-6 months .Also pelvic pain during intercourse . It all started after my wife gave birth to my child in Feb 2021. During pregnancy as well she had high bleeding once.
TB gold test was negative.
Whole abdomen CECT scan showing swelling in lymph node.
Lower abdomen ultrasound was done and PID detected.
She have taken antibiotics on doctor's recommendation but till now there is no improvement and she is still having high pelvic pain at right side only.
Kindly suggest.

From the symptoms it is most unlikely that you have To Tuberculosis. That leaves us with two diagnosis.
Pelvic Inflammation
Endometriosis.
Please consult with your Gynaecologist who did Laparoscopy. He will be in a better position to answer this question.
