My mother suffering from low placed uterus . Age 59 years female, weight 36 kg serum creatinine 1.5, on ART treatment, viral load 20, cd4 150, on catheterization from past 6 months. She is getting repeated UTI , Whether prolapse operation is possible.
If possible then through abdomen by general surgeon or
Through vaginal hysterectomy by gynecologist

If the prolapse cannot be reduced using other methods like pessary , and she has associated problems due to it , then she can undergo the surgery : vaginal hysterectomy by a gynaecologist after proper pre operative evaluation .
