Uterus problem
I missed 2 month period so I take pelvic scan and that shows uterus - anteverted , bulky ,size 7.3 x 2.6 and endometrial thickness is 5 mm cervix appers normal
Right ovary measures 1.8x 1.6cm
Left ovary measure 2.7x4.1 cm
No dominant follicle noted in either ovary
No adnexal mass identified
No free fluid in cul - de-sac
Pls could you explain clear it's normal or not and it's possible for getting pregnant pls explain me
