Uterus is small size prob in conceiving

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Help Dr. I am married and trying for pregnant last 2.5 yrs..age 30 yrs. All blood test are normal only insulin is high. Which is 20.5 fasting and 73.4 pp.. Last on say 11 .a ultra sound done which shows uterus 7.2 ×4.7×3.1 cms.. Right ovary is 3.5×1.6×2.6 cms with volume of 8 c.c Left is 1×1.5×2.9 cms with 8 c.f. volume The I go for second opinion to doc after two months now she said my uterus is small in size and ovary size are also small But I read on intent that all the measurmnts are
