  4. Uterus and periods proble. Or surgery?

Last 3 months menstrual cycle was absnt and den bleeding starts for 15 days it continued and weakness i feel and my hb is 6 gm...also m a patient of HTN and taking medicine forboth hypertension and lipids (cholestrol) please prescribe her a safer drug and helpful and also do i need blood transfusion or surgery??

First get an ultrasound done to find out cause of bleeding and consult a gynaecologist for further treatment
