I took abortion pills after my 4 week of pregnancy due to which i had normal periods for like 7 days i missed periods again on 24augst so when under transabdominal scan with filled bladder on 29agst due to my faint line positive upt there was no pregncy detected but 10.9mm endometrial thickness along with a cyst of 66.0× 63.7×56.00mm i got scared and did beta hcg as well 759mIU/ml so m i pregnt or the hcg is due to post abortion or m i still pregnt I've no pregncy symptoms tho..
Please help please..
