I ddi transvaginal scan and it showed uterine polyp.. I had irregular spottinh befire and aftt my perids.. doc prescribed me regestrine Cr..I took first tablet on April 9th night.. now it's been 1.5 days bleeding stopped for half a day .. again started today

You may need surgery to remove the polyp as that is cause of spotting. Hormone imbalance is not the reason.
