Asked for Female, 48 Years

Hello Dr.! I m 48 yrs old n hv a endometrial polyp of 36*15*20 mm, volume 5.72 cc getting feeding from vadcular pedicle. Its almost 5 yrs old. Also i hv intramural fibroid in the region of fundus of 8*9*8 mm. I m suggested to get polyp removed surgically. But some people say no need to go for surgery as i m nearing menopause n after that it will shrink by itself. Pls suggest. Thanks n regards
