Uterine Fibroids Recurrence
Hello Doctor.
I am 27 years old unmarried girl.
I underwent an open abdomen surgery called Myomectomy to remove a large fibroid approx 13*19*20 cm in July 2017. And In May 2018, the uterus size is 11.0*3.9 cms and 11.5*7.1 cms fibroid. I have tried 3 doses of Luprodox and Ulipristal Acetate 5mg for 2 months. Kindly suggest what is the best option - Myomectomy or UFE? Thank You

UAE is never given to unmarried and don't affect such a large fibroids you should better go for myomectomy. Is it troubleshooting you. Such a large fibroids should be checked for cancer also
