Multiple uterine fibroids,biggest one dimension 10.1*8*7cm,any medicine for treatment available?if not ,is the surgical procedure risky?

Hi.
Your fibroids are indeed very large.
Not necessary to do hysterectomy only.
You can get the fibroids only removed if you wish.
This can be done both laparoscopic or open surgery as per your preference and the skill of the operating surgeon.
With only fibroid removal, your periods will continue to come till you attain menopause.
With hysterectomy, there will be complete stopping off the periods.

Hi, i think if yor family is complete then u should go for laparoscopic hysterectomy. Every surgery has some inherent risk but as such surgery is not riski. It is not advisable to go for medicines as fibroid is v big n they r multiple.
