  4. USS Abdomen pelvis. Anything wrong?

When I took the scan, there was minimal free fluid in POD. Is there anything wrong?I have white discharge that turns red in color in 1 month.

If there's no symptoms of pain abdomen it's of no consequence. Reddish discharge may indicate upcoming periods.However if it is postcoital or only part of discharge you need a physical examination.
