Dear Doctor,
We underwent IUI in February and are now in the 13th week of pregnancy. Since the third month, we have observed increasing vaginal bleeding. Last week, there were clots, and we changed two pads in a single day. Ultrasounds show the baby is growing well.
At the 11th-week ending NT scan, a hematoma of 2.6*0.6 cm was seen, which increased to 3.42*1.44 cm after subsequent bleeding. We have been using Kstat tablets since 21st may to control the bleeding. Despite light bleeding till the 26th, a brownish discharge occurred from the 27th to last night, and light bleeding resumed this morning.
Currently, we are taking 100 mg daily progesterone injections, 300 mg progesterone tablets, Folinext Gold, and Dydroperg. Recently, we added Grandem, Doxinate, Moktel syrup, and Protinules powder.
We lack proper treatment locally and are advised against traveling until the bleeding stops. Please advise if our medications are safe or need adjustment, and when it might be safe to relocate.
