Panderm is a mixture of all the drugs and had multiple side effects as it doesn’t not treat the issue but just the symptoms. If you were using it because of skin lightening it is a very wrong decision as the steroid in it makes your skin thin and heat sensitive. The hair you are complaining about is a side effect from the same. Looking at your age these products are not recommended.

Next Steps

Completely stop of the drug and if you are using for a longer time a medicine has to be started. Immediate visit to a dermatologist is recommended.
