Using of Ostium k27 tablet

Asked for Female, 51 Years

I've been using the tablet named- Combikit of calcium, Calcitriol, Vitamin k2-7, Magnesium, Zinc tablets. So I ordered the same, i've received another one, which has the same name as previous one but extra name added to it- Ibandronic Acid Tablet. Is it safe to use this tablet?
