Hi, I have a 25day old baby who is exclusively breastfed. To have a bit of sleep, I extract Breast milk for 1 feed and ask someone to feed the baby. For rest all of the feeds I directly breast feed him. I have been doing this for the past 10days and haven't seen any change in the amount of breast milk (it is sufficient) Is it okay to continue this?

Congratulations on the arrival of your bundle of joy
It’s perfectly normal
Feeding the baby pumped milk helps in proving your self some “me”time which is required ,all said and done even your body has just gone through a lot so you deserve ample rest
So you can continue to pump milk and do direct breast feeding as and when required
So let any guilt get to you !
