Hi, my dad is a paralysis patient. Earlier he had a heart attack, three days after the open heart surgery, he had a brain stroke. Since then, it's been about 7 years that he is on medication.
Having said his medical history, I'd want to know the uses of the following tablets-
1. Revocon ( 3 times a day)
2. Pacitane 2mg (3 times a day)
3. Atorfit CV10 (morning)
4. Dicorate ER 250 (morning and night)

Revocon and Pacitane are for the tremors that he'd be having. It's got certain side effects like dryness and constipation.
Atorfit CV is to protect heart. And reduce blood lipid levels.
Dicorate ER 250 is to prevent Seizures. Which might be caused due to a history of Brain stroke
