Uses of lactogen
Can lactogen be given to a baby?  If yes, then what should be the quantity? Or only breastfeeding should be done?

Babies who are on exclusive breast feeding for first 6 months are found to have best immunity, less chances of falling sick, less chances of hypertension, diabetes and allergic cough. So I would suggest to give only mothers milk for fist 6 month

If breast feeding alone is sufficient then you shouldn't give lactogen .It should be given if the mother's milk is not sufficient for any reason.1 scoop has to be diluted in 30ml water . Quantity varies.

Breastfeeding is gold, if mother not lactating properly, or any other problem than Lactogen can be given, 30ml clean water with 1 spoon for preparation and give as much as baby take But remember brest milk is always superior to artificial milk
