Fever is usually over 100F. Also if there is no blood in stools or no dehydration  no antibiotics are required. Don't self medicate.

loose motions in pediatric age group are usually viral in nature. Taxim-O and flagyl are antibiotics, and have no role in viral infections. Unnecessary use of antibiotics is harmful and can lead to other complications. You should ensure proper hydration and home based probiotics (like curd). If the symptoms do not settle or worsen, you should  show a pediatrician, who will be the best person to decide weather antibiotics are necessary.

Type and frequency of motions not clearly mentioned. So I consider child must had only 1or 2 motions.   Don't directly jump to antibiotics as irrational use of antibiotics is not advised.  Give a probiotic  and feed fresh curd with sugar and rice ( day time only not in night).   Monitor fever pattern.  Antibiotics only if fever continues and motions not controlled. Give ORS if watery stools and  watch for urine output.
