I used chaini kahini for 1.5years not constantly though have had 1 week or 2 weeks gaps in between And I have decided to quit and stopped using it for a week now and have decided not to use it any more! My question is will it cause any damage to my mouth and am a v.rare smoker also which am planning to quit now once and for all ! Am 21 years of age
