Use of topical minoxidil and keratoconus
Is it safe to apply topical minoxidil solution (5%) on scalp for baldness if  a person also suffers from keratoconus?

Minoxidil if touched to eyes is very irritant .and any rubbing of eyes (unintentional even) is harmful for keratoconus. So if you want to use it ,Please be extremely careful.

There is no evidence that minoxidil can worsen keratoconus. But keratoconus and variants of alopecia have an association.

any drug can cause an unknown adverse reaction. Esp. In keratoconus donot use anything that increases inflammation and allergy in the eye
