Use of selenium 65 mcg in rosehip extrac

My mother is using rosehip extract suggested by her doctor and I am unable to find same capsule locally. Whatever composition I am getting is missing selenium 65 mcg in it's composition what my mother is right now taking. Please suggest if I can go with that. Current composition Rosehip extract 275mg Devil's Claw Extract 100 mg Boswellia Serrata Extract 307.5 mg Selenium 65mcg Available in market All above exclusive selenium
