Use of Indomethacin During Polyhydramnio
Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is 28 weeks pregnant and dignosed with Polyhydramnios  having AFI of 27. She is having problem of stomach tightness so doctor started indomethacin for 7 days. I am confused about this medicine due to side effects. Request you to please confirm weather its ok to use this medicine during pregnancy. Will there be adverse effects on baby. kindly advise.

Yes , you can take it for short duration 5-7 days . After 32 weeks of pregnancy , you aren’t adviced to take indomethacin
