Use of gokshura
Hello I am 27 yrs old with no health issues other than ibs.After consulting a BAMS doctor I have used gokshur for 2 weeks now and I have seen certain sexual benefits i.e strong and long lasting erection and slight increase in semen volume.My current dosage is 250mg tabs twice a day.I want to improve my erection more.will increasing dose slightly help me??if not pls suggest something .also I got to know ashwagandha can also be taken with gokshur.so how to take it along with gokshur and when to take it and for how long??PS I have ashwagandha tabs 250mg
