What's the usage of the b12 drug sysfol active tablets? Someone suggested my wife to consume these tablets regularly as we are trying for her pregnancy. How far it is recommended?
If recommended, pls tell how it helps and also suggest dosage and till what time it should be used and from when.

it is recommended periconcpetional. that is when you are trying for pregnancy. This will prevent unnecessary malformations of the baby formed and prevent abortions to great extent. your wife has to take this tablet until she becomes pregnant starting from the day you are planning for a pregnancy till 3 months of pregnancy. One tablet daily in the morning preferably.
