I am suffering from URTI again and again even after taking every precaution. I don't know what to do

Hi. Plz describe your symptoms in detail. Do you have frequent runny nose or throat pain or cough? Each of the symptoms could mean different things from simple allergy to chronic rhinosinusitis/tonsillitis etc. I would suggest you to consult a qualified ENT specialist online/in-person for a thorough evaluation.
