Urine retention after Csection delivery.

Hi Doctors, My wife delivered son on 28th April by C-Section using epidural anaesthesia. Soon after delivery she started facing issues to empty the bladder , I mean to say she feels to go to pass urine but even after urination , urine remains in bladder. After sonography same gynecologist suggested for catheterization for 10 days and after removing catheter on 14th May she again started facing same issue and urine was retained in bladder then doctor suggested catheterization again for 21 days which is going to complete on 5th June . We are very scared whether she will be alright and able to empty the bladder on her own. Medication : Urotone 25 Mg (thrice in a day), Silofast 8 Mg(once in a day) and Urifast (Once in a day). Please provide suggestions Thanks Nilesh
