Urine report repeated in a week.

Hi doctor, I had given for urine routine test since I felt mild burning feel in the vagina part. So the report was almost normal with 4-6 pus cells, 2-4 epithelial cells. After a week of taking niftas 100 mg tablet I was feeling okay. I also had periods when I started taking this uti medicine , on the 7 th day of my menstrual flow I did masturbation the next hour itself I see few blood spots , flow was stopped on 5 th day after two days why spotting is it related to some serious health issue.? I still feel mild itching and burning sensation in vagina area is it infection? ? I gave for urine test again today report shows pus cells 2-4 but epithelial cells 6-8 and few traces of protein or albumin. Please suggest me if its normal or I need to go for other medicine . I have attached both reports of first week and today's urine report please help me
