Respected sir/madam..my brother goes 15 to 20 times urine in a day.. Ultrasound report of my brother is attached.. please tell me what is problem in it and what is the treatment??and is there anything serious?

Your brother is a young male having USG documented thickened bladder wall, so he needs evaluation to find out underlying cause, consult  Urologist
