Urine problem. Be an prostate issue?

Hi I am a 20year old male , I have suffered frequent urination and the feeling of bladder being full but not being able to pee before but it randomly comes and goes. But since yesterday I get this feeling of bladder filling and me needing to pee two or three hours before actually peeing. I try and pee and wait but I can't pee. Yesterday 4 times I urinated and everytime the same thing happened. Today also after waking up same thing happened I thought it will go away and will happen only once or twice but since yesterday it has been the same. This feeling of bladder being full has happened before but not as frequent like yesterday,  everytime I tried to pee the same thing happened. Also for past two years a lot of time when I try and masturbate I immediately feel like urinating. I am wondering if I should wait and see or get ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis and cue done immediately. Also could this be an prostate issue?
